Conditions of participation in the competition

The contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario only, aged 18 and over. To participate in the competition, you must subscribe to the newsletter via the facebook form seen on the advertisements or on the website of the Rafal Sports online store at the following address: rafalsports.com. All people who subscribe to our newsletter between July 1 and July 24, 2022 will automatically be granted an entry into the contest. The contest is only open to new newsletter subscribers.

 A draw will be made among all participants to obtain a Tour de France Yellow Jersey by Santini worth $220. The draw will take place on July 27, 2022 at 10 a.m. The name of the winner will be revealed on the Rafal Sports Facebook page. An email will also be sent to him to find out the size of the jersey requested. The winner of the prize does not have to submit to any hardship or obligation to claim his prize.

Employees, representatives, agents or staff of Rafal Sports or Groupe Gama Sports cannot participate and are automatically excluded from this competition. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement.
