CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

  1. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The competition " Santini x GPCQM " (THE " contest ") is held by Rafal Sports, the Canadian distributor of Santini brand products, in collaboration with the Grands Prix Cyclistes de Québec and Montréal (the " sponsor ") and takes place in Quebec, starting Friday, March 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET, until Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 23:59 p.m. ET (the " duration of the competition ").

  1. COMPETITION ORGANIZERS

For the purposes of the competition, the “ WITHIN GROUP » is composed of the sponsor, its subsidiaries including in particular its parent companies, sister companies and subsidiaries, retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of materials and services related to this contest, GPCQM, partnership, sole proprietorship or other legal entity directly related to the holding of the contest as well as their respective employees, agents and representatives (the “ Group members ").

  1. ELIGIBILITY

This competition is open to anyone who: 

(I) resides in Quebec; 
(Ii) is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the competition. 

Excluded are members of the group as well as employees of any company, organization or company collaborating in this competition, representatives or agents, advertising and promotion agents as well as their immediate family and the persons with whom they are domiciled.

  1. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

4.1 No purchase necessary;
4.2 To participate, go to the page of the Santini x GPCQM competition in order to complete the participation form correctly. You will therefore benefit from a " Official participation ». 
4.3 A limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address, street address, telephone number, and for the entire duration of the contest. In the event that a person enters, in any way, more than once, their entry will be canceled for the entire duration of the contest;
4.4 If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the account holder of the email address used at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for domains associated with the submitted email address is deemed to be the authorized account holder. 

  1. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning are one per valid entry received.

  1. DRAW

6.1 The winner will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries received between March 21, 2025, 10:23 a.m. ET and March 2025, 23, 59:XNUMX p.m. ET;

6.2 The draw will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 10:9930 a.m. ET, at the Rafal Sports office at 101 Bourque Blvd., Suite 1, Sherbrooke, J0N 2GXNUMX.

6.3 The winner will be contacted by email within two (2) business days following the draw date. The winner will have four (4) business days following the draw date to claim his/her prize. If the winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable number of attempts, he/she will be declared a forfeit, and another winner will be chosen by random drawing in accordance with these rules. The winner's name will be available on the website https://www.facebook.com/Rafal Sports/.

  1. THE PRICE

The Santini x GPCQM gift set includes the following items:

  1. A garment from the Santini x GPCQM Collection available in inventory, at the winner's choice
  2. A $100 gift card for the Rafal Sports online store.

      8. AWARDING OF THE PRIZE

In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must, in addition to meeting the Contest eligibility criteria and complying with the Official Contest Rules (the “Winner”): 

  1. respond to the email message left by the Contest Sponsor or its representatives within two (2) business days of selecting your entry; 
  2. The winner will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form prior to receiving the prize, releasing the contest organizers and sponsors from any liability for any damage that may arise from the use of the prize. The winner must provide this document within five (5) days of its sending.

8.1 Disqualification

Failure to comply with each of the conditions set forth in paragraph 8 above will result in the selected entrant being disqualified and not being eligible to receive any prize. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select an alternate entrant as the potential prize winner. 

8.2 Taking possession of the prize. 

Upon receipt of the declaration and release form signed by the selected participants, the sponsor or its representatives will contact the winner to inform him/her of the terms and conditions for taking possession of his/her prize.

      9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1 Registration verification

The validity of any entry is subject to verification by the Sponsor. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, or fraudulently made will be disqualified. Any entrant or person attempting to enter by any means contrary to these Official Contest Rules or who otherwise tampers with the operation of this Contest or is likely to be unfair to other entrants or potential entrants will be disqualified. All decisions of the Contest judges, who may be employees or independent organizations, including without limitation any question of eligibility or disqualification of any entry and participation, are final. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

9.2 Acceptance of the price

The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be returned or substituted for another prize, nor exchanged in whole or in part for cash, subject only to what is provided in paragraph 7 above. The prize is not transferable to another person.

9.3 Price substitution

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and for any reason, to substitute a prize or portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including cash value. Winner agrees to comply with the Contest eligibility requirements and these Rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes receipt and understanding of these Rules.

9.4 Prizes/Winners

9.4.1 By participating in this Contest, each entrant acknowledges that Group Members will not be required, under any circumstances, to award more prizes than the number of prizes available, as set out in the Official Contest Rules. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, due to an error, malfunction or defect in the design, promotion, management, implementation or administration of the Contest, whether mechanical, electronic, human or otherwise), the number of winners declared or the number of prizes claimed by entrants exceeds the number of prizes available, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate the Contest in whole or in part, without notice, subject only to the prior approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required, in the province of Québec, and to award the appropriate number of prizes from among the appropriate number of winners, selected in accordance with the Contest Rules from among the eligible entries validly submitted prior to the end of the Contest.

9.4.2 The Group Members assume no liability of any nature whatsoever in any case where their inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond their control or from a strike, lockout or any other labour dispute in their establishments or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold this contest. They reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the contest in its entirety or in part, for any cause or circumstance, including in particular in the event that an event beyond their control corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality or normal conduct of the contest such as a virus, computer bug or unauthorized human intervention, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec in the province of Quebec.

9.4.3 By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes the Group Members to broadcast, publish and otherwise use their name, photograph, image, statement relating to the contest or any prize, place of residence and/or voice for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie solely for the purpose of an intervention to attempt to resolve it. By participating in this contest or attempting to participate, each participant and/or purported participant agrees to release, discharge and forever hold harmless the Group Members and their directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents or other representatives (collectively, the “Indemnitees”) from any claim, action, damage, demand, means of action, cause of action, suit, debt, duty, account, suretyship, agreement, guarantee, indemnity, contract or liability of any nature whatsoever arising from or related to the participant’s participation in the contest or attempted participation, compliance or non-compliance with these contest rules or the acceptance and use of the prize. Indemnitees will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Contest Website during the Contest Period, or for any technical malfunctions or other problems with any telephone lines or networks, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software or for any other technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, and will not be responsible for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from or related to that person's or any other person's participation or attempted participation in this Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. No communication or correspondence related to the contest will be exchanged with participants, except with the participant selected as the potential winner of the prize.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected about participants in connection with this contest is used solely for the administration of this contest. No communication, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this contest, will be sent to the participant by Rafal Sports or the GPCQM, unless the participant has otherwise authorized Rafal Sports and/or the GPCQM or its affiliates, as applicable, to do so.
