Conditions of participation in the competition
The contest is open to Canadian residents only, ages 18 and older. All persons who have completed the contest entry form from the Rafal Sports website (rafalsports.com), dated November 6, 2022, will automatically be granted one entry in the contest, at the rate of one entry per person.
A draw will be made among all participants to obtain a Santini Tour de France White Jersey, valued at $220, signed by its recipient in 2022, cyclist Tadej Pogacar of the team UAE Team Emirates, on the occasion of the Grands Prix Cyclistes de Québec and Montréal. The draw will take place on November 7, 2022 at 10 a.m. The name of the winner will be revealed on Rafal Sports social media, and this person will be contacted by email. The winner does not have to submit to any test or obligation to claim their prize.
Employees, representatives, agents or staff of Rafal Sports cannot participate and are automatically excluded from this competition. A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping to reach a settlement.
