Returns and Exchanges

Please note that our return policy does not apply to personalized clothing or clothing marked as sample or demonstrator.

Our policy covers a period of 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means that it has not been worn or washed and still bears the manufacturer's labels. It must also be returned in its original packaging. 

To complete your return/exchange, please contact our customer service staff by email at the following address: info@rafalsports.com, stating the reason for your return and attaching proof of purchase. After receiving our approval, the customer is responsible for returning the item to us at their own expense. In the case of exchange, we will pay the delivery costs in order to return the exchanged item to you.

In the case of a product returned for defects, manufacturing defects, or errors in the preparation of your order, there will be no charge because we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Furthermore, you can make a return/exchange in person at our warehouse by appointment only. To do this, contact our team by email to arrange an appointment. No returns/exchanges without an appointment. 

At no time should your item be returned to the manufacturer. 

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. 

We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does not comply with the return conditions, and to return it to you at your expense. Processing fees may also apply. In the event of breakage, the repair amount plus a handling fee will be deducted from your refund up to the price of the item paid. If the item is not repairable, you will not be refunded.

Warranty
We guarantee your purchase against defects in workmanship or materials. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service staff by email at: info@rafalsports.com. Send us your proof of purchase as well as photos of the defective product. Your product may be repaired, replaced or refunded.

This warranty does not cover excessive use, accidental breakage and normal wear and tear.
