Returns

Our policy covers a period of 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means that it has not been worn or washed and still bears the manufacturer's labels. It must also be returned in its original packaging. 

To process your return, please contact our customer service staff by email at: info@rafalsports.com, mentioning the reason for your return and enclosing proof of purchase. Once your return has been approved, you will be emailed a shipping label for the
free return of your item. Only one free return is applicable per purchase order, except in the case of a product returned for defect, manufacturing defect, or error in the preparation of your order. Any subsequent return will be subject to shipping charges of $15 plus applicable taxes, which will be deducted from the refund made. In addition, you can make a return / exchange in person at our warehouse by appointment only. To do this, contact our team by email to make an appointment. No returns/exchanges without an appointment. 

At no time should your item be returned to the manufacturer. 

Please note that gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. 

We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does not comply with the return conditions, and to return it to you at your expense. Processing fees may also apply.

Guarantee
We guarantee your purchase against defects in workmanship or materials. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service staff by email at: info@rafalsports.com. Send us your proof of purchase as well as photos of the defective product. Your product may be repaired, replaced or refunded.

This warranty does not cover excessive use, accidental breakage and normal wear and tear.
