Shipping information

Free shipping on all orders over $150 (except for personalized clothing). Otherwise, a shipping fee of $15 plus tax applies. 

Shipping is free for orders over $150, except for custom clothing orders. A $15 fee plus tax applies to all orders under $150. All our orders are shipped via expedited parcel carrier from our warehouse in Sherbrooke, Quebec. We have chosen to deliver your package to your mailbox for greater security (when delivered by Canada Post). Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

As soon as we have prepared and entrusted your order to a carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for tracking your package. The usual delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer or may not be possible. No deliveries can be made outside of Canada.

Rafal Sports cannot be held responsible for additional delivery delays caused by factors beyond its control or periods of high demand among our carriers.
